Japan, Edo period (1603-1868)
Total length: 65.5cm ;
Blade length: 59cm; Nagasa: 47cm; Sori: 0.6cm
Nakago: 12cm; Blade weight: 483 grs

Blade: slightly curved, with hamon temper line: notare and engraved on both sides with a dragon horimono. Signed on the Nakago
Habaki copper alloy.
Koshirae Soriomono:
Wooden tsuka covered with blackened ray skin, braided in brown silk, trimmed with a pair of menuki en suite.
Fuchi- Kashira in copper alloy, dotted decoration.
Bronze Inome ni aoi gata tsuba.
Black lacquered wood sheath (saya) with ringed decoration.
Kurigata, koiguchi and kojiri, copper alloy, dotted decoration.
Kozuka in copper alloy with silver pattern and signed blade; Kogatana signed.
